THE MAX LEVINE ENSEMBLE "WE LIED" TOUR
The last time we checked in, which was about 2 years ago now, the Max Levine Ensemble was doing OUR LAST EVER TOUR. At the time we thought we'd never have the opportunity to tour again. We were wrong. The time has come once again to set out on the noble voyage to harsh your mellow.

We'll have a new cassette EP out in time for our voyage entitled "THEM STEADILY DEPRESSING, LOW DOWN MIND MESSING, POST MODERN RECESSION BLUES," but in the meantime here is the first song off our new album:

"Less than a year ago, Ben Weasel shocked the air waves with his over ten minute tirade against the Max Levine Ensemble, telling listeners of his radio show "if that band was a horse, I'd shoot it."
But now, an attempt at reconciliation has been made with the release of the Max Levine Ensemble's questionably consensual "split" 7" "Ben Weasel."
A limited hand numbered pressing of 300 on black vinyl, with screen printed covers in 5 different colors, each record also comes with a screen printed poster.
